read plans.
Form Carpenter
Ability to set forms according to plans, tie rebar, place and finish vertical concrete.
Concrete Finisher
Ability to place and finish horizontal concrete. Read plans, prep and form slabs.
Concrete Foreman
Ability to lead crews efficiently. Meet deadlines. Organize and communicate with Project manager and job supervisor. Manage and document sub-contractors and materials.
