As a job foreman, you will be responsible for leading concrete crews to efficiently complete projects, maintain safety guidelines, track time and expenses, coordinate between project managers and crews, collaborate with builders and general contractors to ensure the projects are completed correctly and professionally.
Your day-to-day task will involve:
Overseeing crews on job sites.
Maintaining schedules
Training and working with crews
Recording billing information
Maintaining safety compliance
Maintaining crew morale
Problem Solving: Address on site challenges promptly, apply your expertise to find effective solutions that keep the project on track.
